Exchange Policy:

1. The purchase bill is compulsory for the exchange.
2. Only unused and good-conditioned garments can be exchanged.
3. Altered garments will not be exchanged.
4. Goods can be exchanged within a week from the date of purchase.
5. Exchanged goods will not be exchanged again.
6. Original price tags are needed for the exchange.
7. Goods sold during SALE/PROMOTION periods will not be exchanged.
8. No refunds in any case.

Complaint Policy:

1. The purchase bill is compulsory to entertain any type of complaint.
2. Complaints will not be entertained after three (3) days from the date of purchase.
3. Damage due to improper handling/washing of the garment will not be accepted.
4. There is no guarantee for color and print.
5. Any confusing product complaint will be exchanged only after approval from the manufacturer, which may take a minimum of 45 days.
6. No refund will be given against an accepted complaint. It will be exchanged with the available same/similar product.

Dry Cleaning Instructions: Dry cleaning should be done with perchloroethylene or white spirit only.

Precautionary Note: Refer to precautions and instructions carefully before applying cosmetics.

Product Return Policy:

1. Products can be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
2. The product must be unused and in its original condition with all tags attached.
3. The original purchase bill is required for processing the return.
4. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned product.
5. Items bought during SALE/PROMOTION periods are not eligible for return.
6. The cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer, unless the product received is defective or incorrect
