Suzzan and Sherin Product Return Policy

1. Return Period:

• Products can be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery. Returns requested after 7 days will not be accepted.

2. Condition of Returned Items:

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and labels attached. Garments showing signs of wear and tear will not be accepted.

3. Return Process:

• To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number, item details, and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization.

4. Return Shipping:

• The cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer, unless the product received is defective or incorrect. Please ensure the returned items are securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.

5. Refund Process:

• Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

6. Non-Returnable Items:

• The following items cannot be returned:
  • Items on sale or purchased during promotions.
  • Customized or personalized items.
  • Undergarments, lingerie, and swimwear.
  • Altered garments.

7. Exchange Policy:

• Exchanges are allowed within 7 days from the date of delivery. Only unused and good-conditioned garments can be exchanged. The purchase bill and original price tags are required for processing the exchange. Exchanged goods will not be exchanged again.

8. Complaint Policy:

• Any complaints must be made within 3 days of purchase with the original purchase bill. Complaints regarding damage due to improper handling/washing will not be entertained. No refund will be given against an accepted complaint; it will be exchanged with an available same/similar product.

9. Color and Print Variations:

• There is no guarantee for color and print, and slight variations in color and appearance are to be expected due to differences in display settings.

10. Return Approval:

• Any returned product that does not meet the above conditions will not be accepted. Upon approval, a confirmation will be sent, and the refund process will be initiated.

11. Care Instructions:

• Refer to the product-specific care instructions to maintain the quality and longevity of the garments.

12. Professional Dry Cleaning:

• For silk, jarl, and net garments, professional dry cleaning is required. Do not wash, bleach, or iron directly. Use a damp cloth while ironing at a temperature not exceeding 105°C.
• For cotton garments, follow the provided washing instructions, and avoid dry cleaning for wrinkle-free garments.

13. Legal Rights:

• This return policy does not affect your statutory rights.
• All the final approvals and updates are based on owners of the organization based on communication with the customer and disputes will be only performed in Gujarat courts.
